AdClip

Refund policy

Last updated October 20, 2026. Every AdClip payment is final. We refund only in the three cases described below, and you can stop future renewals at any time.

1. Payments are final

An AdClip plan is a subscription for access to the service for a monthly or yearly period, with the limits shown on the AI ad generator pricing page. Access to the whole period is granted when the period starts, so the fee is earned at that moment, whether or not you use the plan. Before paying, the one-time demo shows real hooks and scripts for your own product, so you can judge the output first.

2. Situations that do not qualify

  • Changing your mind or no longer needing ads.
  • Using little or none of your monthly limits.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or cancelling shortly after one.
  • Choosing the wrong plan or billing period.
  • Disliking the style or wording of AI generated hooks, scripts or ads.
  • An ad rejected or limited by an advertising platform, or an ad that did not reach the results you hoped for.
  • A feature that works differently from what you assumed, where it is not described on the pricing page.
  • Unused time after cancelling, which is never prorated.

3. The three exceptions

We refund the affected charge, and only that charge, when one of these is confirmed by our records and those of the payment operator.

Duplicate charge

A billing fault charged you twice for the same plan and period.

Proven unauthorised charge

Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the transaction records support it.

Complete service failure

A fault on our side made AdClip entirely unusable for a continuous period, you reported it at the time, and we could not fix it. Slow renders, partial issues and problems with your own device, network or files do not count.

A granted refund goes back to the original payment method and is limited to the amount paid for the affected period.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing page of your panel, without contacting us. Cancelling switches off future renewals and your plan stays active to the end of the period already paid. It does not refund the current period, including a renewal that was charged before you cancelled.

5. Consumers in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. After you give that consent and your plan starts, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account within 14 days of the charge. Include the date and amount of the charge and which of the three exceptions applies. We review each request against the transaction and account records and reply by email. Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank, because a chargeback opened first breaches the Terms of service.
