Terms of service

1. The service

AdClip turns product, collection and app store links into hooks, scripts, short video ads and static image ads sized for advertising placements. It builds ads from the photos and clips you supply, licensed stock footage, licensed music, captions, AI voiceover and, within plan limits, AI generated backgrounds and short generated video scenes.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and if you use AdClip for a business you confirm you may bind that business. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and in the workspaces you own, including actions of team members you invite.

3. Subscription plans

AdClip is sold only as a subscription, monthly or yearly, on the Starter, Growth, Agency and Enterprise plans described on the AI ad generator pricing page. There is no free plan, no credits and no one-off purchase. The one-time demo on the home page lets you see real results for your own link before paying and is not a plan.

4. Monthly limits

Each plan includes the monthly limits shown on the pricing page, such as video ads, static ads, AI backgrounds, generated video scenes, hook and script generations, brand kits and seats. Limits count use within the billing period, reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. Deleting an ad or a file does not return the use. Your panel shows what you have used and what is left.

5. Automatic renewal and cancelling

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then shown for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page of your panel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active to the end of the period already paid. Moving to a higher plan takes effect once the price difference is paid. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

6. Payments

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are taken by card at checkout, and Enterprise can also pay by invoice. All payments are final, except in the specific cases set out in the refund policy. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend generation and export until it is settled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdClip to create or run:

• misleading or deceptive ads, including false claims about price, results, health or safety, and invented reviews or testimonials,
• material that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including photos, clips, logos or music you have no right to use,
• ads that impersonate another person or brand,
• illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or content aimed at minors in breach of the law,
• ads for products or services that the law or the advertising platform prohibits.

You also agree not to probe or overload the service, bypass plan limits, resell access or use the service to build a competing product.

8. Responsibility for your ads

You are the advertiser. You are responsible for every claim in your ads, for having the rights to the material you upload, for the disclaimers your products require and for following the policies of each platform where you run ads, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads. Outputs are generated with AI and can contain mistakes, so review every ad before it goes live. AdClip does not guarantee that a platform approves an ad or that an ad reaches any result.

9. Licensing of stock footage and music

Stock footage and music included in AdClip are cleared for use in paid ads on the platforms you export for, for as long as the ad runs, including after your subscription ends for ads exported while it was active. The licence covers the ad as exported. It does not allow you to extract stock clips or music tracks and use or distribute them on their own.

10. Ownership of uploads and outputs

You keep all rights in the material you upload. Subject to these terms and to the stock and music licence above, the hooks, scripts and ads created in your workspace belong to you and you may use them commercially. We use your uploads and outputs only to provide the service and never to train AI models. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display them for that purpose.

11. Our rights

The AdClip software, templates, interface and brand remain ours. These terms do not give you any right in them beyond using the service during your subscription.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, risks harm to others or to the service, or has an unpaid balance. Where reasonable we warn you first. You may close your account at any time. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first breaches these terms.

13. Availability and changes

We work to keep AdClip available and improve it over time. Features may change, and we tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes. Enterprise plans include the uptime commitment stated for that plan.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Apart from what these terms expressly state, the service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, ad spend or platform decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the mandatory rights of consumers.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
