AI ad creator in eight steps from link to upload

Here is exactly what happens between pasting a link and uploading finished ads, and which decisions stay with you at each step. Nothing goes out until you have seen it.

  1. 1

    Step one, paste a link

Paste a product page, a collection page or an app store listing. AdClip reads the title, description, price, images and any review text shown on the page. If your store hides some details, you can add them by hand in the brief.

  2. 2

Step two, choose platform, goal and tone

Tell the AI ad creator where the ads will run and what they should achieve, because a TikTok install ad and a Google Display retargeting banner need different openings.

    • Platform. Meta Reels and Feed, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or Google Display.
    • Goal. Sales, app installs, leads or awareness.
    • Tone. Direct, playful, premium or urgent.
  3. 3

    Step three, check the brief

AdClip drafts angles, audiences and offers from your page. This is the moment to correct anything, for example an offer that has ended or a claim legal does not want. Your brand kit adds banned words and required disclaimers on top.

  4. 4

    Step four, pick your hooks

For each angle you get openings in five types: problem, result, comparison, offer and curiosity. Star the ones that sound like you, rewrite any line, or ask for another set. More on writing openings with the facebook ad copy generator.

  5. 5

    Step five, read the scripts

Each chosen hook becomes a 15, 30 or 45 second script with a scene list, on-screen text and voiceover lines. Edit the words like a document. Scene lengths follow the voiceover, so a shorter line makes a shorter scene.

  6. 6

    Step six, build the ads

AdClip matches each scene to your own photos and clips, licensed stock footage or, on Growth and higher plans, a short generated scene. It adds animated captions, an AI voice, licensed music and your logo end card. Static ads are laid out from your product photos with background removal, headlines and button text. You can swap any shot, voice or track. The building blocks are explained on the AI ad maker page.

  7. 7

    Step seven, make variants

Turn one finished ad into a controlled set: different hooks, different opening visuals, different voices or different calls to action. Each variant changes one thing, so your test results mean something. See the creative testing tool for how sets are named and organised.

  8. 8

Step eight, review, export and upload

On Agency and higher plans a reviewer comments and approves before export. Then export the batch.

    • MP4 (H.264) in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9.
    • PNG and JPG in Meta, Instagram and Google image sizes.
    • SRT captions and a CSV of file names and copy.
    • A bulk ZIP per batch on Growth and higher plans.

Upload the files to your ad manager. File names carry product, angle, ratio and variant, so matching ads to results later is simple.

Checklist before you upload

  • The offer and price in every ad match what the page shows today.
  • Required disclaimers appear on the end card or the image.
  • Captions sit clear of buttons in each vertical version.
  • Each ad set tests one variable, not three at once.
  • Any disclosure a platform requires for the category is in place.

Yes. Every batch stays in your workspace with its brief, hooks, scripts and files until you delete it.

Owners and editors can export. On Agency and higher plans you can require a reviewer's approval before any export.

The demo writes real hooks and two scripts for your own link, with watermarked static previews and a labelled example render. It needs no card.
